Dallas Patterson
Owner & Project manager

Dallas cut his teeth cutting concrete. Having been in the Polished Concrete business for the last 8 years, Dallas started out as a laborer and now has grown to be the Owner and President of Shinecrete. His passion for quality floors is infectious and demands absolute excellence on every Shinecrete floor. His vision is finally realized - assembling a team that not only knows the technical elements required to produce some of the most stunning floors in the market, but who cares about the quality of those floors as much as he does. Or in other words, are floor geeks. When Dallas isn't working he can be found....who are we kidding - he's an owner of a small construction company - Dallas is always working.

Tomas Castañeda
Lead Technician

You won‘t find a brighter smile than Tomas nor will you find a more hard working tradesman. Tomas received last year’s MVP award to no ones surprise. He gives 100% effort at all times and is always bringing the team together with his positive attitude. He loves metallic epoxy floors and Large aggregate polished concrete. Tomas Joined Shinecrete right out of high school as our youngest apprentice to date and has quickly risen to one of our top installers and our most versatile equipment operator. When he’s not working Tomas is usually spending time with his family or straight up capping fools at Paintball in the Caves.

Bradly Mcdaniel
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Brad has been with Shinecrete since the beginning and is one of our most productive workers. He prides himself on never missing a day of work and it shows! Always ready to help people out and ready to get down to business Brad has quickly transitioned from reliable to Tradesman to running jobs with his own crew when needed. He's got the gift of gab - so things are rarely quiet when Brad's around. And word has it that retired women find his smile irrestible. Brad can be found on the weekend either riding his Harley or buying, making, or shooting some of his guns from his armory.

Andres Ramirez
Technician

Andres has a smile that can light up a room and work ethic that can't be matched. Always offering helpful thoughts and perspectives, Andres brings a rich background to the Shinecrete Team. He's the first to jump in once a new task has been identified and we haven't heard him complain just yet although legend has it that one time, he did complain when he was 13 although that has not been confirmed:). When he's not crushing it work, Andres spends time with his family and friends.
